I am a registered certified insured personal trainer. I am a certified personal trainer through PTA Global. I went to CHCP for 1 year for the PFT program. I was also in the army for 4 years where I first discovered my love for fitness. I am a independent personal trainer and train clients at a independent gym called Elite Fx Studios at 2515 Wroxton Rd. You can chose when you want to come in. Each session is 1 hour. The prices are 10 sessions for 100 but only 50 till January 15th 20 sessions for 170 but only 85 till January 15th Gym membership not included. Gym membership is 55 per month. You will be allowed to work out at the gym on your private time.
