I m looking for a babysitter for my three children on an as-needed basis. We like to go out at least twice a month on a Friday or Saturday night. I also would like someone who could help out during the day when needed. There are times I need someone short notice. I want someone who will have a relationship with my kids be kind and fun have patience and not set their own discipline rules but follow the rules we have set for our children.
