GTM in Lemon Grove is looking for a full-time AM Clothing Stocker.Hours are 1 30am -10am or 1am - 9 30am. You MUST have open availability including weekends.SummaryThe Clothing Stocker generally works early prior to store operating hours occasionally working later or mid shifts. The emphasis is on production however quality customer service is also applicable and important. Essential Duties & Responsibilities1. Works at a productive pace measured by timely completion of assignments and attainment of production goals. Does not engage in behaviors that distract from production including idle conversation wandering or wasting time. 2. Processes and stocks merchandise according to standards including ticketing ink tag security codes and proper placement and display of product. Sizing and hangar use direction are also factors in production requirements. 3. Is aware of promotions and displays and signs merchandise accordingly. 4. Participates in clearance procedures including ticketing counting logging of clearance merchandise and transfer of merchandise out. 5. Works to attain goals and assignments timely for inventories category reviews promotions and seasonal changes. 6. Provides quality customer services using job knowledge and positive engagement on the phone and in person. 7. Complies with 10 foot rule for engaging with customers and the security the rule also creates. Walks customers to merchandise they inquire about. 8. Complies with attendance and rest period meal period policies. 9. Complies with ADA and No Harassment policies. 10. Works with emphasis on safety including lifting safe use of ladders pallet jacks swift attachers box cutters and stock carts. does not use pallet jacks and stock carts in such a manner as to damage fixtures. 11. Observes for and acts upon immediate safety risks. Reports concerns about equipment and fixtures including repair needs. 12. Cares for ticketing equipment ensuring it is maintained in good working condition and secured to prevent misplacement or loss. 13. Complies with dress policy. 14. Communicates and works in cooperation with staff. 15. Urgently answers service call for price checks or related matters. 16. Routinely picks up fallen clothing and hangers from sales floor Processes go back and ink tags from registers. 17. Urgently responds to spills. 18. Attends all training and safety events. 19. Maintains an organized and clean stockroom. 20. Alerts leadership to suspicious behaviors and circumstances.
