22 foot trailer 400.00 month to month no deposit required unless you have animals....only small pets allowed and have to be indoor only or on leash...(we have animials on our property) includes utilities except for propane which stove uses and heater...cable ready good for older single person maybe 2 private area and very quite... renter can have own little yard or garden if they wish...and private driveway ....located ( mayer) between mayer and dewey we are quite people so if you party and like loud music this may not be the place for you....( drug free area )...pls.contact for more info...if we dont rent out...we can rent out for the 4th of july weekend for those coming up to the rodeo horse property also...
