This is a full-time position with morning & evening shifts available.The following is a brief description of the MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - JANITOR - General cleaning Scrub and sanitize sinks toilets and urinals Pick-up empty trash daily Mop floors Refill supplies Vacuum carpets Clean wipe surfaces Clean windows mirrors Dust Cleaning & polishing- GARDENING - Watering Pulling weeds Sweeping- LIGHT MAINTENANCE - Change light bulbsQUALIFICATIONS Must be punctual reliable hardworking responsible organized honest efficient detail-oriented and able to work independently on multiple tasks Able to follow directions and perform work instructions Must be accurate and efficient at observing the condition of the buildings and common areas and report needed repairs to the supervisor Must have own basic tools and be familiar with safe use of them Ability to comprehend speak read and write in English Must have reliable transportation Please call 310-523-1990 between the hours of 9 00am -12 00 noon Tuesday and Thursday ONLY.
