This individual will manage multiple cost reduction projects in the seating division. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead project teams for designated projects Design development and introduction of new products Production support for existing products and or product line enhancements Ensure business profit product and functionality performance to specifications Conduct cost reduction activities to determine material labor and overhead costs Investigate and analyze competitive products to determine product performance costs and packaging methods QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent experience required Six years of related engineering experience required Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization required MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
