Administrative Assistant Non-profit organization in the Diablo Tri-Valley area has a part-time opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to market our events maintain membership records and coordinate ticket sales transportation and audience attendance lists. Typical responsibilities Type and send out membership renewal letters reminders thank-you letters and invitations using templates provided. Answer phone (cellphone provided) to take ticket orders. Reply to email messages. Maintain membership contact information (using Excel) and update when new donations are received. Coordinate student applications and prepare Excel spreadsheet of high schools and student participants of March and July events. Given content and using Word prepare announcements flyers and letters re organization events. Using newsletter content provided by VP Marketing PR create 3 enewsletters year using Constant Contact and hard copy newsletters year using Publisher software. Content may be the same for both newsletters. Requirements Organized and detail oriented. Proficient in Word Excel and Publisher. Time management. Graphic design. Constant Contact. If no experience we can train you. Web editing skills. Ability to work 10 hours per week preferably 2 hours day at your home using our laptop.
