The property is in a basic shape of construction - I ve been building it all by myself and could use another hand in order to speed up the process. It s a 24 x 24 two story cabin and an 8 x 8 tiny house. The cabin would be for you to live in and I would be in the tiny house. I just had the well pump installed (after I dug the ditch by hand ) and am currently attempting to locate a reliable electrician to do task 1. Once the electrical is brought to the house (I ve been using an extension cord connected to the pole) then the water will be flowing and therefore I can complete 2 (the concrete requires tons of water) and the rest on the list. These are the immediate projects being completed 1. Wiring from breaker box to the cabin starting at the water pump then installing 6-8 outlets and 2 light fixtures on each floor 2. Installing 4 4x4 posts into concrete pilings and attaching to first floor corners 3. Installing pvc to bring water to kitchen area 4. Installing drywall over completed walls on first and second floors 5. Install hardwood flooring on first and second floorsAfter that the garden and chicken coop will come into place. I m building this property into a community farm and low-cost housing community of sorts whereupon living and working are a mutually beneficial exchange. Qualified applicants should have a construction skill. PLEASE NOTE Criminal records and low credit scores are NOT disqualifiers. Everyone makes mistakes.
