The Receptionist Office Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating student office and other activities on a day-to-day basis. Primary responsibilities include handling visitors students and incoming & outgoing calls and emails while maintaining lobby office common areas. Other duties include handling student payments ordering of supplies filing inventory cash register accounting and assistance in addressing any issues. Qualifications Punctuality and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work with several people at the same time Excellent written and verbal communications skills High energy interpersonal skills Proficient with computers in general Enjoy kids and the performing arts-- dance experience is a plus but not required Hours Monday-Thursday 3 30-8 30pm. Off on days weeks we are closed-- we mostly follow the Gwinnett Co. Public School calendar. Training 2 days in last week of July. Start date August 5th.
