His her duties will include but not be limited to power washing of public areas trimming plants around the club house daily testing of the pool water cleaning A C filterstrouble shooting washers and dryers spraying for insects changing light bulbs and responding to unitowners concerns. He she will take direction from the Board and will be required to have their own basic tools.Good people skills are a must..
