Mechanics must be able to plan and organize an installation based on job information spreadsheets and allow the job to be done and installed according to the company guide lines with in the time allotted. Must be able to read and understand company layouts Must be able to install copper refrigerant lines Must be able to work in all weather conditions such as heat cold rain snow Must be able to work on uneven surfaces climb ladders and work at various heights Must be able to walk stand bend or sit for long periods of time Must be able to use your hands that involve holding grasping turning or pulling Must follow all safety policies and procedures Must wear required personal protective equipment required in a safe manner Must be able to work well independently or with others.
