I am looking for a roommate for a spare bedroom in my home. The rent is a flat rate that will cover electric cable heat and room rent. I currently do not have internet but open to getting it. I have a washer and dryer available for use. I am very laid back what is your business is your business I only ask that my house and myself is respected along with any guests I have in my home.
