JOB SUMMARY Responsible for servicing merchandising and promoting the sale of company products. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain store presentation standards through resets fixture installation store sets retrofits inventory reconciliation shelf maintenance and display maintenance. - Provide product training to store personnel to drive sales to consumers. - Generate sales by increasing brand awareness - Interact with consumers through product demonstrations and trials at assigned stores. - Assist in home & garden shows - Contribute to the accomplishment of key performance indicators including safety quality production cost and development. EXPERIENCE An equivalent combination of - High school diploma or GED preferred and - 1 to 2 years previous sales or retail experience ideal. REQUIRED SKILLS - Ability to travel extensively within territory with overnight travel as needed - Ability to work flexible hours weekends and evenings as needed - Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 60 lbs. - Reliable transportation Click below to apply.
