SHIFTS Monday-Friday 8 30-1 30 Monday-Wed 4 00-8 30 Sat-Sun 8 30-1 30 Thurs-Friday 4 00-8 30 Sat-Sun 4 00-8 30 JOB DUTIES KNOWLEDGE Provides personal care services such as recording vital signs maintaining a clean and healthy environment assisting with bathing and personal hygiene changing dressing and providing wound care. Applies safety principles and proper body mechanics for transferring patient with a hoyer lift assisting with normal range of motion and repositioning in chair and bed. Prepares and provides adequate nutritional meals as well as administer meds. Performs housekeeping activities such as cleaning dishes changing bed linens doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms (only used by patient). Must have a high school diploma. Must have verbal and written communication and problem solving skills. Position requires 8 hours of unpaid training. References and interview is required.
