Bookkeeper Operations Coordinator (Greenville SC) Great organization in Greenville seeking an experienced Bookkeeper Operations Coordinator. Position is responsible for - Acting as liaison for IT issues and equipment facilities issues Journal entries Deposits Check writing Trust account payables PI GN IM Taxes weekly quarterly Payroll weekly Reconciliation Communicating with vendors re renewals invoices accounts payable Accounts receivable. Manage trust accounts of people at time of settlement until disbursement is complete Making sure medical providers are paid Reconcile RE accounts Ensure no outstanding file balances each month Ensuring that stale checks dealt with appropriately Tracking RE costs and discussing with RE staff ways to reduce costs Develop and maintain metric reports using Excel. Must gave experience in QuickBooks Excel and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Pay depends on experience. Benefits and bonuses are available.
