Hey I have a room available in a 3bd 2 ba house with a garage and a fenced in back yard. You would have of course your own bedroom as well as your own bathroom however considering it ll be the main bath I would have to request that it be ok for our company to use that bathroom as well. I live in a great neighborhood Stoney Creek Plantation in the Leland area off of 17 South towards Myrtle Beach. It s about a 10-15 min drive to Wilmington. I have 2 dogs and a cat so must be pet friendly. I m asking for 400 plus half utilities and a 200 security deposit. Lease can be negotiable. If your interested please let me know.
