We work with multiple lenders to help small businesses in multiple Industries to inquire capital. Business owners and small businesses come to us in the need of business loans we then match them with the best lender according to their qualifications and needs. You have the opportunity to do your own marketing and have business owner s contact you or you can go to the business or business owner and give them your card and run them through the process in person. If they pre- qualify you will send them the required paperwork for them to fill out to get the loan process started. Once this process is complete and they are matched with the best possible lender for them the business owner business will be funded and you will earn a Commission check. This commission check is usually 2%-4% of the loan amount. The average time from the beginning paperwork to the payout is around 2 weeks. How are you paid Once the business owner or business has been funded through one of our lenders you will get a commission check of 2%-4% average of the loan amount. Our loan amounts range from 10 000 to 500 000. So if you do the math and calculate 2%-4% of that you can see how this can add up really quick and be a very good income. There is no limit on how much you can earn or how many loans you complete. What are the requirements for this position -Must be 18 years or older and a US citizen. -No license is required (broker license contractor license etc.)-No degree is required but is a plus and gives the applicant a higher chance of being hired.-Average and above computer skills is required.-Having the knowledge and knowing how to do marketing is not a requirement but is a plus and gives the applicant a higher chance of being hired.-Pass broker experience or loan experience is not a requirement but a plus and will give the applicant a higher chance of being hired.-Past experience with commission and knowing how commission works is not a requirement but will give the applicant a higher chance of being hired.If you have any questions or want to apply for this position please call or text 479-841-8017.
