Here at Mark s Midtown Coney Island we are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the specifications on the menu and set up his her food station. Responsibilities include setting up and stoking stations with all necessary supplies preparing food for service( such as chopping vegetables) cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff cleaning and stocking up station following nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards and having a positive attitude among others.
