If you take pride in the job you do and would like to work for a company that is a no force dispatch this is what we have to offer you 1. 2000.00 sign on bonus. ( 1000 after 1st load 500 at 60 days and 500 at 120 days). 2. Run paper logs if you have a good CSA score. 3. Paid 27% of the load. (Averages to about 50 cents per mile). 4. No Force Dispatch. 5. Transportation to orientation by Bus or Plane. 6. Run 5 days out then home 1 to 2 days. (80% of time it is on the weekends). If you are an experienced Flatbed driver and you are ready to make a change for the better for you and your family here is what you MUST have to qualify 1. 2 years OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience. 2. Must have COIL experience. (If no COIL experience training can be provided in orientation). 3. Must have a TWIC card. (Company will re-imburse for cost of obtaining card). 4. No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years. (No MAJOR violations in last 3 years). 5. No more than 1 DOT recordable accident. 6. No Drug Felonies. (All others reviewed on a case by case). 7.
