Job DescriptionEstablished in 1979 we are a flatbed step deck carrier with our focus primarily on dedicated aerospace freight. With terminals located throughout the US our truck drivers primarily run between terminals with pick and drops in between WA SoCA KS SC OH. We are growing and expanding our company fleet and we are looking for experienced flatbed teams and solo truck drivers to join us. This is long haul (average length of haul is 1800 mi) we are looking for drivers that want to be out a few weeks at a time.We offer stop pay detention pay tarp pay when tarping (oftentimes drivers will be running retractable curtain trailers) extra pay for over dimensional (only 10-15% of our loads) and safety bonuses. We run a smaller fleet of late model equipment lots of different makes and models to choose from (Freightliner Peterbilt Kenworth and Volvos). Additionally Pays on odometer (3% variance for out of route). Trucks set at 70 Dedicated freight Pet Policy Rider Policy .03-.07 more per mile for HazMat loads (if no HazMat we ll help with the costs) Inverters and APU s Paid vacations (1 week at 1 year. 2 weeks at 2 years. 3 weeks at 5 years) Full benefits Safety bonuses Bonus loads program for additional income 90% driver retention Flight to orientation Job RequirementsDrivers need 2 years of recent and verifiable flatbed experience (we can work with a team if one driver has significant OTR flatbed experience and the other has a little less than the 2 years)23 Years oldNo more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 3 years0 DOT recordable and or preventable accidents in the past 5 years No more than 2 minor incidents in the past 3 years0 Maximum Major Moving Violations in the past 5 years (ie careless reckless following too close 15 over Coasting etc)Felony must be outside of 10 years case by caseMisdemeanor must be outside of 7 years case by caseDUI DWI must be outside of 7 years (no more than 1 lifetime)Favorable employment history (ie easily verifiable experience no huge gaps in employment no safety related and or multiple terminations etc)Call Dee Dee at 888-322-4730 to apply.
