Job Description The Market Manager is responsible for coordinating the successful setup overall operation and post-season tear down of 3-5 temporary Halloween retail stores within a specified geographic zone. Supervises mentors and trains staff to ensure maximum sales volume and EBITDA is achieved. Creates an environment that exemplifies courtesy respect and professionalism to Customers and Associates by adhering to all policies and procedures established by Halloween City.
