Job Description The Dispatcher is responsible for the timely and accurate dispatch of vehicle pick-up and delivery with excellent Customer Service. Essential Functions Obtain detailed and accurate information regarding vehicle equipment location and delivery instructions Maintain accurate Documentation Dispatch within Company Timelines Utilize cost effectiveness to meet Company budgetary objectives Consistently respond to Customer inquiries and requests in a Professional manner Maintain a positive and professional demeanor Other Administrative duties as assigned Required Skills Ability to use Mapping (Mapquest Google etc...) Excellent Customer Service attitude and skills Provide detailed Logistical instructions Professional Phone Manner Computer proficiency Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced enviroment Strong attention to Detail High School Diploma or GED required Required Experience Must know Geographic Area 2 or more years Dispatch experience 1 year of Customer Service experience Position Location Nashville TN Position Type Full Time Salary Negiotable depending on Experience
