Electrical Assembler

Assembles products in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties. Read and follow electrical schematics Working from blueprints assemble electronic components to sub-panels enclosures and equipment Layout drill tap and assemble electrical sub-panels and enclosures Wire and label electrical sub-panels and enclosures Mount and interconnect components to equipment per blueprints Debug components and equipment to verify correct operation Provide in-house electrical service support as needed Must be able to operate forklift Learn and use material flow and job packets information Complete all required reports and associated paperwork Maintain a professional appearance Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education Experience Skills Traits High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred two to four years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possesses the following skills traits Working knowledge of electrical theory and wiring principles Experience using a micrometer and a volt meter Proficient with common power tools hand drill etc. Self-motivated focused and results oriented Self-determined and driven to achieve defined goals Clear concise and effective verbal and written communication skills
