There is another small barn with two stalls a covered porch with concrete slab and an attached large chicken coop. There are two connected hay barns with hinged doors and concrete floors and electricity. There is a motorhome garage with attached area for small cars motorcycles or ATVs. Overlooking the trout pond is a small saloon with copper-lined sink bar old top-loading Kelvinator cooler a pot bellied stove and a front porch. This building is elevated on cinder block pilings and has a wide wooden stairway and swinging doors. Below the trout pond is a small craft house or tack room with wood floor sash windows pot-bellied stove and window A C and a small porch. There is a rather sad 2 bedroom one bath and kitchen house with tin roof and wood deck sitting on a 1 - acre heavily wooded lot about 100 yards from the log home. All the out buildings are frame construction with Hemlock and or Poplar planking and tin roofs. The trout pond is fed by a spring of unknown location. There are four good wells on the property. Three have electric pumps and one has a large iron hand pump. The trout pond is aerated via one windmill-driven pump and two electric pulse air pumps. A private gravel road runs around the entire property and there are four gates. The property has a boundry with the Pisgah National Forest and has a gate at this boundry. There are some split rail fences. There are two fuel oil kerosene tanks two large propane tanks and one 48KW propane powered Detroit Diesel generator with automatic switching.
