The role requires a wide understanding of social media and digital marketing.Primary Responsibilities Optimization Strategies Identify and implement strategies for increasing social media presence Conducting research and reports on key developments in e-mail & social media industry news Competitive e-mail and social media analysis Experienced with online tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics) Tracking and Reporting of all e-mail and social media activities Continually monitor and maximize traffic and sales Create and review daily weekly and monthly sales reports for multiple e-mail and social promotionsSocial Account Management Social Media experience (Facebook Twitter LinkedIn etc.) Excellent Communication Skills Engage customer and prospects in a social conversation about the product. Work with customer service to resolve customer complaints and issues posted onlineQualifications Applicants should also have experience in the essential duties outlined above. In-depth knowledge of social media performance analysis and web analytic Proficient in the use Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook etc. . . .
