I am an Occupational Therapist by trade and have worked in numerous rehab facilities throughout NWI and Illinois through the years. I am capable of providing assistance with transfers bathing grooming dressing eating dispensing medications and errands transport to doctor visits. I will provided meaningful activities throughout the day that are specific for the elders based on previous life roles and hobbies. If an elder is properly challenged cognitively and physically there is a much lower risk of falls and adverse behaviors.
