Hello my name is Monica I recently moved to Victoria going on six months as of now live behind the Victoria college and I am seeking work fulltime. Before I moved to Victoria I was taking care of my uncle and a lady with dementia worked with my uncle for almost four months until his passing away then I continued to work with another client for almost a year and became very close to my client and do stay intouch with the client off and on. I also have some light experience working in medical billing and coding....I can type answer phones take messsages file fax have light microsoft word skills and medical billing skills can also help with putting addresses on letters and putting stamps on them and mailing them out banking errands and shopping and cleaning the offices. I know how to read write and speak spanish fluently and work well with customers I know how to transfer calls and can traslate to spanish speaking customers either in person or in the front office or back office or in meetings looking to start from the bottom and work my way up am a hard worker and fast learner.
