i bought this condo in 2009 at 600k and now it was recently appraised for 740k so there at least 100k in equity . i have put a down payment deposit of 65k all i am looking for is someone to pay me my deposit and i will gladly sign the condo away to whoever would be intrested to make a bold decision and make 30 to 50k on this deal
