Creates Shipping Label in UPS s Worldship program calculates package weights per package order. Research issues regarding undelivered packages misships product errors etc. until problem is resolved. Files claims with the shipping service if appropriate. Contacts customer with any and all follow up questions when necessary. Responds to emails regarding order changes. Responsible for the Selection Process converting orders to claims or invoices after the product has shipped and maintains valid proof of shipment or delivery. Reports any order entry error to Customer Service and follows up. Reports total number of orders packages how delivered etc. on a daily basis. Mark all backordered products as backordered in company software. Reprints the backorders and deliver to the Shipping Department for shipment once product is received. Email Purchasing department of daily backorders. Pull orders and sample orders from Customer Service sort and deliver to Shipping Department several times a day to ensure all products are shipped the same day. Review and research undelivered report. Performs other duties as assigned. Issue return labels for credit memos process physical return orders and put a way returned product into inventory. Positions pays 12.00 per hour.
