I William J. Riggs 1st is married to leah s neal riggs and has been since 2003 we have four children katelynn s riggs Rebecca L riggs Samantha jean riggs William j. riggs 2nd. And I am claiming abandonment for me and the children she has been gone back to her hometown in ( Sacramento California) since December 2013 I have spoken with her in January 2014 and she has no concern in returning to our marriage .so for the reasons above I m publicly letting you know I m filing for divorce for abandonment . best wishes W.J.R.1st.
