My well-established client in IT consulting is looking for Sr. Application Infrastructure PM (Government of Alberta) Full time assignment Location Edmonton Alberta Must be onsite - NO REMOTE Top 3 Skills 1. Previous application and or infrastructure PM experience in GoA 2. Able to handle multiple simultaneous projects 3. excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior GoA leaders Senior Project Manager The Project Manager will be accountable for the delivery of various projects pertaining to applications and infrastructure that will be identified as transitioning an existing ministry. Work will not be limited to any specific area within the ministry but rather the potential exists for engagement in several areas concurrently. This is a full time assignment expected to require 8 hours per day 5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months. PROJECT TASKS The Project Manager is accountable for Delivering Projects in alignment with Edge Procedure. Overseeing project delivery including creating maintaining schedule cost control communication reporting resource planning and other deliverables associated with formal project management. Project work will be conducted utilizing a deliverables based approach. Clear and timely communication with the Client and Team Delivery Leader(s). Supporting and promoting good client communication. Co-ordination activities with Project resources as required. Providing status reports. Other activities as assigned.
