Our client is well-established in banking client looking for a Customer Service Representative Insurance Experience Location Toronto ON Duration 6 Months contract with possibility of extension Summary The CSR will answer calls from prospects regarding product information calls from clients making inquiries and change requests to current policies and calls from beneficiaries making claims against policies. The CSR will be scheduled to be on the phone for 5 hours of each day. Policy owner administration - they will complete administrative duties (eg. letters to clients changes to policies on our system). Other administrative tasks as assigned. SKILLS REQUIRED Must be able to speak clearly as there will be a lot of phone work. Must be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Must have computer experience although no specific program knowledge is necessary. We will train. Excellent Customer Service skills written and verbal communication skills organizational skills and attention to detail. 2 years experience in a call center preferred. Experience Knowledge of life insurance industry would be an asset.Working Hours Working hours are anywhere between 8 am to 8 pm and the CSR must be flexible to work between those hours.
