Our client is well established Major Consulting company looking for a Part Time Customer Trainer (Copy Print Scan Fax Office Devices) Location Winnipeg MB Duration 12 months contract position with strong possibility of extension. SUMMARY The Office Systems Group (OSG) Customer trainer is responsible for customer training on OSG product installs. The training is part of my client s commitment to insure that my client s customers employees can take full advantage of the many features and functionality of my client s OSG products. The trainer is responsible for identifying a new installation scheduling the training conducting new installation training and follow-up questions or training sessions. The trainer must be knowledgeable and have the ability to train on all functions of the OSG device. They are also responsible to learn the features functionality on all of my client s new OSG Multifunction Devices including software productivity tools such as Copy Email Scan Workflow and Scan Fax. Responsibilities Provide customer training on Copy Email Scan Workflow Scan Fax and Printing on Office Devices Work with Sales to plan multi machine installs for large customer training plans Engaged in pre-sales when required to build value in provided customer training Work cross-functionally to resolve problems that can be closed through customer training Work independently to receive notifications and schedule training with customers receiving new Multifunction Print devices Requirements Effective communication skills including oral written and presentation skills Able to operate effectively individually or in a team environment Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Printing Demonstrate knowledge and use of common office and desktop applications Good Time Management Skills Able and willing to travel to customer s locations Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time During Client Interview you will receive additional information variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
