PROGRAM TECHNICIAN. The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) has a temporary full-time position in the Hollister office. FSA is responsible for administering federal farm programs. The position requires processing of various federal program applications plus general office work. Skills required must demonstrate computer literacy and competency in basic math and communication skills. Salary range is 14.28 - 16.04 per hour depending on experience education.
