This is a pre 1890 M in wreath marked vase mark was changed next year. It was painted by an artist of some merit nad is perfect. The four handles are four swans rising to the top of the vase. 360 degree cverage It is 10.5 inc. tall and has neverbeen used as a working vase. It is museum quality as all my pieces are.
