Prototype MIG Welder (Warren MI) Family oriented competitive prototype shop seeks experienced Welder Fitter. MIG welding experience mandatory. Experience with steel TIG Aluminum MIG & TIG preferred. 2 years experience required. Day shift must be able to work independently productively & efficiently.Good attendance is a must.Key Duties 1. Perform tasks in accordance with print.2. Operate assigned equipment according to the Production Package.3. Maintain a clean and safe department and workplace4. Place finished parts into designated containers area. Ensure all material is clearly identified and labeled as instructed.5. Ensure accuracy of competed paperwork.6. Immediately inform leader or member of management of any machine malfunction production quality or safety issue.7. Perform repetitive bending reaching and lifting action involving material weighting in excess of 10lbs.8. Perform all production duties according to established T-16949 proceduresRequirements Must have experience in Metal and or Aluminum fabrication.Must be able to read blueprints micrometers calipers and height gagesMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.compensation TBD UPON INTERVIEW
