This position is primarily front desk reception with multiple phone lines and also includes filing and scanning TAX RETURN ASSEMBLY (we will train) customer service (on the phone & in person) multiple various administrative tasks. The receptionist provides office-wide administrative support. Great attitude and attention to detail is critical. The right person for this position demonstrates a high level of customer service at all times is a team player and can work well under pressure. We are a tax firm - during our busy season overtime is required (evening and some weekend).
