Store Manager

Store Manager Store Managers are responsible for the direction and leadership of retail store with respect to revenue profit operations and sales goals. Job Description Recruiting Hiring Training Responsible for the recruiting process for the Store Location Work with new hires to ensure their understanding of the company key programs system utilization and overall company objectives Maintaining strong knowledge of new wireless products accessories pricing plans promotions and service features Ensure compliance with the sales policies and human resources policies Sales Management Provide leadership coaching and direction to 3-5 Sales Associates Maintain at minimum 100% of monthly store sales quota budget operational parameters Maintain the highest levels of Customer Experience and satisfaction as tracked by reports. Manage Sales Associates to obtain their individual sales goals through customer prospecting increasing traffic through outside activities while maintaining current customer base Take an active role including time in the market to assist reps with sales Develop market awareness of company brand and products Lead weekly and monthly business to business cold calls to identify new customers Maintain above average in Customer Service Scoring Manage escalated customer service inquiries Establish an environment that encourages and recognizes diligence dedication integrity and superior results Operations Administration Manage Employee scheduling to limit excessive hours and overtime while following assigned store hour budgets and customer traffic Complete daily review of sales documents to ensure store compliance Manage budget forecast against payroll each month Manage inventory for the assigned store Maintain and audit all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties pulling products from inventory accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders Audit and manage the store incoming and outgoing cash flow and deposits Manage the store opening and closing procedures including cash management. Qualifications College Degree Preferred 4-5 years of successful proven retail sales experience in a related industry 2-3 Years management experience managing at minimum 3 direct reports Mall sales experience beneficial for mall locations Business Outside sales experience valuable for in-line locations The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment is critical to success Computer proficiency in Windows Microsoft Office and some Web based programs Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus Reports to District Manager Hours Minimum of 47 hours per week including evenings weekend and holidays
