The DCP has hands-on responsibility for promoting and enhancing the development of each client enabling skill acquisition to occur and for assuring the overall health and safety of all clients. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1. Must be 18 years of age. 2. High School Diploma GED 3. Current certification in CPR and First Aid or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment 4. Have a valid current Oregon Driver s License 5. Be a driver and be able to drive company vans to transport customers this requires the ability to pass agency insurance requirements 6. Dependable personal transportation 7. Be able to lift up to 65 pounds for a total of up to 130 pounds in a two-person lift. Compensation 9.67 - 11.40 PER HOUR DOE 10% NOC Shift Differential In addition we offer paid training for First Aid and CPR Oregon Interventions Systems (OIS) and Medication Administration
