Reports to Food Service Manager Requirements Candidate must have an interest in the food service industry the ability to work in the United States and at least one year of work experience. Interest in cooking desire to meet needs of camp residents maintenance of required food service certifications at least one year experience in volume cooking. Responsibilities front line cook and food service worker Specific Duties Cooks and prepares food Adheres to health and sanitation codes laws standards etc. as dictated by Food Service Manager Serves food Keeps kitchen and food service areas clean and washes dishes Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to lift 35 lbs on a frequent basis Long periods of standing sitting and bending Employment Status Part-Time Non-Exempt Hourly Pay No phone calls Email your Resume to rosas(at)iroec.org
