World War I Document Signed by the President of France

This is a very rare piece offering condolences to the family of Stuart M. Harrington U.S.Army Pfc. Co.G 138 infantry. I do not know what he did to deserve this besides loosing his life but it must have been something very important as I have never seen on of these before in forty years of collecting. It is 12 by 20.5 inches printed on heavy paper. There is some cracking in the paper but when laid out flat ( framed ) you do not see it. A rarity from WWI. See my other pieces under collecting 120 year old golf stone cut litho a case of 50 yr.old Whiskey rarest Winchester poster ever. also my Ebbok on collecting. J.P.Goodwin
