Description As a Mobile Tire Tech you are an essential component of Goodyear s mobile van unit operating one of our tire-installation methods for guests. Not only will you be there to install the tires but you will also be a contact for the guest to ask questions and engage with. No experience installing tires No worries We re happy to train you how to do so. We want to make the tire-buying process as easy as possible and you are a driving force to do so.RESPONSIBILTIES Build relationships with guests answering their questions and explaining the installation process while fully understanding their needs. Ensure guest satisfaction through interactions including checking in scheduling appointments and checking out guests. Understand Goodyear and serve as an advocate for the brand reminding guests of warranties promotions and advertisements. Display a constant desire to learn new technologies within the rapidly-changing tire industry. Complete basic tire services (e.g. mounting and balancing tires tire repairs) using the Mobile Van to provide the easiest most convenient experience possible. Safely drive the Mobile Van to and from all appointments and conduct proper safety checks when installing guests tires. Skills and Qualifications You know how to work with guests and can provide top-of-the-line service in any scenario. You can work independently staying on task and following deadlines. You know how to communicate with others and can make every interaction with guests simple and helpful. You are a polished individual who always presents yourself to the best of your ability. You re excellent at managing your time but also can be flexible with it because your schedule won t always be the same. You have an understanding of mechanics and can perform basic tire services on a vehicle--or not We re happy to train you to do so.
