CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS Responsibilities include answering processing and documenting incoming phone calls and emails and letters from consumers. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills with experience in data entry email and internet usage. Hours are between 8 00 a.m. - 5 00 p.m. Monday through Friday with an average of 25 - 35 hours a week.
