Job Description This Sequencing Support Specialist will provide help desk support for sequencing and security systems as well as general IS support. Will be responsible for the following 1. 24 6 availability required for coverage when plants are running 2. Disaster recovery planning will be a responsibility 3. Systems redundancy planning for high availability 4. Will be responsible for managing OEM changes 5. Back up for management and administration of the security system (DVR and recording systems cameras etc ) 6. Support of the following IS functions a. Sequencing Systems b. QlikView System c. Security Surveillance Badge Systems d. Phone Systems e. Production Gantry Systems f. MRP Systems (Plex and CMS) g. Traceability (Perfect Part and TPM) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1. Bachelor s Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science or equivalent experience 2. SQL DB Administration 3. PC Support as well as networking support 4. Query writing and development (plus not required) 5. Ability to work with Network switches and cables as needed 6. Must have ability to manage broadcast rings and parsing 7. 40% Travel required to plants mostly day trip 8. Experience with security system managing and administration (DVR and recording systems) ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Training experience preferred. 2. Excellent writing and planning skills - critical thinker problem solver 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills required - customer service skills. 4. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills - team player 5. Proficiency with MS Office products required.
