The perspective candidate must be able to 1. Coordinate and communicate with other project team members building officials and contractors regarding the design.2. Respond to RFIs address Building Department plan review comments3. Attend project coordination meetings and perform project punch site visits. 4. Excellent verbal and in writing communication skills green attitude and the ability to complete a project on time and budget.5.
