This position is responsible for conducting assessments to determine eligibility for personal care services as well as on-going support. This is a field-based position which requires travel throughout the local region. Skills Requirements of this position include Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support CPR for Health Care Provider Certification required. Have a vehicle in good working order and be willing to travel Must have a valid driver s license Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Bilingual multilingual preferred but not required.
