Currently SHAG is seeking a part-time experienced apartment Housekeeper Janitor at our Washington Terrace Apartments location in Seattle. Visit our community here www.terraceseattle.com BASIC SCOPE AND FUNCTION OF POSITION Accountable for the materials and cleaning needs of the property. Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas essential facilities and common rooms of the property. Other duties as assigned. Part time - 25 hours per week split shift Monday through Friday. 4 hours in the morning from 8-12 then one hour at night to lock up all of the community rooms. 10 hr.
