Responsibilities -The Sales associate s primary focus is to sell memberships & provide world-class customer service in order to maximize sales encourage up sales add ons (ie. Merchandise PT sales) & promote an energetic & fun environment. -Acknowledge & greet every customer who enters the gym. -Ensure proper opening closing procedures are followed. -Follow a daily cleaning & organizing schedule. -Complete weekly activity & sales reports as prescribed by management. -Build relationships with customers & deal with customer related issues. -Participate in local trade-shows gym events & exhibits as needed. -Serve as Store Managers right hand. -Drive traffic into the store by creative promotional events and be able to execute event. -Assist with all store operations. -Accurate cash handling. What is required from you -Excellent communication interpersonal skills with a strong self image. -Possess honesty & personal integrity. -Be enthusiastic ambitious & passionate. -English speaking as your primary language Spanish or additional languages skills are a plus. -Quick thinker - Knowing how to make a deal. -Knowledge regarding the fitness industry. -Ability to multi task. -Excel in time management organizational and follow-up skills. -Desire to learn and grow. Candidates should have a minimum of 2years Fitness sales management proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies achieving sales results and be a person of high integrity. Compensation Commission based position with potential to earning a substantial income. Bonuses available when sales quotas are achieved.
