Part Time Administrative Assistant

Top firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to support 1 senior manager and a 15 person sales force in their Midtown West office. The ideal candidate must be articulate be able to multi-task prioritize and have a positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced sales environment with minimal supervision also necessary. Strong communication & organizational skills required. Prior administrative experience preferred. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls faxes and e-mails Support the sales force and handle requests efficiently and promptly Keep track of office supplies and order new as needed Excellent typing and written skills No data entry experience required Attention to detail is a must Interpersonal skills ability to work independently and multi-task Proficiency with Microsoft Windows XP including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Proficiency with navigating and researching the internet using Internet Explorer Hours 9am-6 00pm M-F Compensation 35 hr Start immediately.
