As a Project Manager you will manage our large project division. You will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative duties of projects including providing field oversight and assistance preparing estimates marketing the company and creating a customized schedule. Other responsibilities of the Project Management role include Negotiating contracts with owners and suppliers Get building permits Sale our services to local business Project budget management Development and management of all project documentation Monthly Reconciliation reporting to senior management Job Requirements As a Project Manager you must be a very dedicated professional leader who takes ownership of your responsibilities and goes over and beyond to exceed goals for customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates are able to influence others lead others and create a team-oriented environment. You must be able to manage multiple projects while being innovative and creative in challenging situations. Other requirements of the Project Management role include Associate s or Bachelor s Degree in construction management or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience 5 years of experience in construction management Excellent computer skills including MS-Excel Word and Outlook Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities Strong analytic skills in evaluating situations Work by telecommute daily
